devonapple
I tried out one of the popular item sorting mods. Unfortunately, I have gone overboard with mods (~240), so I had a lot of inventory items, from a variety of places, which hadn't been included in the original item sorting mod (and who could keep up with them all, honestly?). I imagine many patches get made simply by people patching their own games and sharing the results. How common and involved is it for folks with a lot of different mods to just tinker around and build a patch for their own game setup? Or are most folks conscientious enough to go "here are five individual item sorting patches for the five weapons mods I use by these five different modders; here is a patch for that one recipe mod so-and-so created; here is a patch for that alternate ammunition mod; oh, and here is something for this person's power armor mod..."Is there a point at which community contribution gets set aside in favor of keeping one's own load order uncluttered? Or is there maybe something these inventory items are missing that should have been in their respective mods in the first place?
