So, i'm new to skyrim,(don't play it before because my s*** computer) but i play oblivion A LOT, and morrowind too...
Is Skyrim like Oblivion and i have to play the english version for use the mods right?

(Like a fully voiced mod become voiceless in a non-english version of the game)

Potentially, yes. However there are a lot of translations in a lot of language available for Skyrim's top mods. I'd suggest considering what you want to do with mods and seeing if your "must have" mods come translated first.

A lot of mods are language-independent, such as graphic enhancement mods. They may have SkyUI settings in english, but if you are good enough to post so good here that shouldn't be a problem. Just watch out for mods that contain "scripting." Those are mostly mods with new areas, new quests, or mods that change/add items/ingredients such as Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul (CACO). Also stay away from "complete overhauls."

Thanks for your answers!

Well, I'll try some mods, some translations and see what happens. The thing is, in Oblivion doesn't matter the language, the voices are always in english, only the UI, subs changes...
But Skyrim is dubbed, soo i really want to play it in my language! (having NPCs speaking in two languages It's very cool too)

Oh, you want character-changing (NPC) mods. Yeah that's going to be iffy, you just have to try it, but I think chances are if they change the onscreen text in any way (I think that means scripted) you would need the correct language. GL.
