Do something with the Memory Lane

By now I think we can safely assume that no DLC will actually use the memory loungers, wasting all the potential that they have. I think I remember a mod from the pre-CK time, but I didn't really trust it. Now, with the CK having been released, could someone make something out of the Memory Lane?

 

In the simplest case you could just pay a few caps, enter a lounger and go to pre-war sanctuary and just walk around and look at stuff. That would be enough to make the whole location less of a disappointment. In a somewhat more complicated version you could talk to your spouse, codsworth, or even some of your neighbours. In a real advanced version you could have multiple memory locations which you visit, some pre-unlocked, some found on holotapes which you need to bring to the memory lane.

 

They could even give you clues to some post-war stuff, like: you find an unpickable safe. Then you find a memory holotape of the guy who locked it. You are in his pre-war office and decide which items you actually put into the safe, and of course you get the combination. You can then open the safe, and get the very same items out of it. Such tapes should be one-use, for obvious reasons.

 

Or you hack the memory lane and tap into other customer's memories, getting infos about where they stashed stuff, or something to blackmail them into paying you caps.

 

Or just some battles, memories of someone fighting the chinese communists in the army, memories of hunting pre-war animals (there is a gorilla mesh, should be possible to throw together a small rain forest cell, and make you relive the memories of a big game hunter). Farming XP this way should definitely work, if you can carry something out of someone else's memory, it's definitely knowledge.

Now a lot of time has passed since F4 and the CK were released. Is there still no mod which does something like that?
