NMM not working?

Is Nexus Mod Manager NOT Working for anyone else? After their maintenance last night it won't launch either on my computer or after re-downloading it.

What actually qualifies as NMM working?

 

I can use it to install & uninstall mod - I can download mods if they're small and I can delete them sometimes when I'm done with them. I can use it to amend my load order.

 

If I am able to do these things I consider NMM to be working. I do not expect it to know what version of a mod is available, whether or not I've endorsed something - who wrote a specific mod or anything.

 

I have tried in the past various things to try and get it to do these things, but have learned from experience it is best not to make NMM angry. Making NMM angry is foolish as it can do lots of things to cause you hours of problems if it so chooses.

 

So yes - NMM is working for me today - I am in no way complaining - just suggesting that if your NMM is not working, you've more than likely made it angry and now it's taking it's revenge.

Well, I may have made it mad cause now I got it to work but it "decided" to move my files around so as to make my FO4Edit not recognize the FO4 ini path and it changed my HOLD area from 2nd drive to main drive. lmao. Before its said, yes, I did try to set it up on the original path but NMM said "NO". heh I will beat this thing into submission!!!!
