i require help

UV maps aren't as hard as you might think, though they are a bit of a chore. Certainly not as hard as modelling. The general rule is to create seams (cuts in the UV) at 90 degree angles. Give it a shot!

Is that the high poly of your model? It has a lot of polys/tris. Do you know how to bake normal maps?
