How to find actors base ID?

I'm using console commands to play as a little girl. However, I am immortal, causing horrible bugs when I reach 0 HP. I need to set myself as non-essential, which means I need my own baseID. How would I go about getting that?

I believe it should be 00000014, which is what you can get it by clicking yourself when the console's open.

 

edit: if that doesn't work try 00000007 that's what it was in oblivion

You could try using the console commands TIM or TGM.

Or try the mod DeadxPixels proposed.
