What should I do if I want to upload a DSR patch for a weapon mod and the author is banned;

thus, I cannot contact him? I'm thinking about making a Dual Sheath Redux patch (using Slothability's guide series) for TERA Weapons Collection and I'm not sure if I can upload it or not, considering it's impossible to contact him. If not, I suppose I'll have to live without sharing it.
