LE Camera movement improvement

its a small change,

but the camera is annoying

the movements up and down move 2 times slower compared to left and right no mater how high you set the mouse sensitivity

of course this was made this way for the realism, still i would ask somebody to make the speed to all directions equal,

making it easier to aim as archer or mage without the stress and pain that the camera does not move fast enough if you try to follow a dragon or somebody running down hill

this problem vanished after the first skyrim patch
