Mansh00ter
Right now you can only change a handful of things using TesSnip, mostly game settings and sometimes certain entries for spells from what I know so far. Most of the stuff has different formatting and FO3 TesSnip has trouble reading it properly.

Emmarae
Can you share a little of your knowledge? I've been looking into this myself. I want to know how to edit perks to include other, already preset, parameters. Eg. have "Backstab" (x6 damage with one hander if stealth-undetected) include spell damage. I'm not sure if it can be done, but I've gotten as far as finding the TG and DB Backstabs, but I have no clue what I'm reading... LVB2
when your in tesnip look in the sub record DATA look for ob for damage and float is your speed for your horse if your in the movement group it all depends what you want to change also you can use skyedit also that much easier spell damage is also float number
