lockstin Posted November 19, 2011 Share Posted November 19, 2011 (edited) Yesterday, I leveled up A LOT and gave myself a whole bunch of marksman and sneak perks. and they worked fine. This morning, I load my game, I'm still leveled up, it still says I have all of those perks, but none of them are active in game. Example, it says i have eagle eye, but when I click to use eagle eye nothing happens, it's like this with every singe one.
