I reinstalled my skyrim and started modding it with NMM, but most of my custom companions have a weird hair color, a white low textured look on themAnd the followers are not listening to my commands such as to follow me around when I recruit them >.<, tried UFO, "change follower outfits" and "amazing follower tweaks" (here is clearly the problem, when I disable the mod in NMM I can recruit as normal intended) Does it have something to do with NMM ? before I manually installed every mod, but I had to try the NMM Thanks in advance ! Found the problem, seems I needed the apachii hairstyle mod .... but I dont understand why I needed it,before NMM I had the companions instaled without the apachii hairstyle mod o_0 and it worked .
