Trouble uninstalling a buggy mod

but seeing as it was buggy as all hell, had ugly meshes, and essentially broke my rp by putting "NWCE Enclave Soldiers" EVERYWHERE. I tried just disabling and uninstalling the ESM and the esp to make it all english. Then, I start up my game, and try to load in, but it crashes once I try to load in. Loading screen for 3 seconds, theeeen, crash.

 

I tried FNVEdit to see if it gave me a solution, but all it gives me as for as errors go is "Warning: Comparing sorted and unsorted entrie for "CELL \ DATA - Flags" in "[CELL:00084355] (in WastelandNV "Mojave Wasteland" [WRLD:000DA726] at 5,-11)"

The mod probably uses AddFormToFormList script command, which means you'll have to go to a save before you installed the mod. Maybe NVAC can work around the null(s) in the form list(s).
