riiie
lol i've never done any modding before but i want to start. So how do you open the .bsa files for editing?
throttlekitty
For now, install Fallout Mod Manager, and create an empty "Fallout 3.exe" to trick it into thinking you have it installed (if you don't). Then you can double-click a .bsa to open it.
Arkune
Or you double click and when asked about Fallout you just close the message. It will still open the *.bsa.
