I installed a couple of mods and now I can't use the WASD keys to

You didn't provide very much information so...

 

Guess1: Uninstall the mod that switches it to the arrows.

 

Guess2: You remapped movement in-game to the arrows and now the menu reflects that. Remapping movement back to WASD should remap the menu keys as well.

 

Note: "should" is underlined in the previous sentence because Skyrim was released with poor support for computers, especially regarding the interface. While they did a lot to absolve the interface issues with the release day patch (v1.1), there's still a few erroneous bugs regarding the UI floating around (it improperly displays the keys if you remap them, opening a book breaks the mouse-over selection, etc.).

none of the mods that i installed change it to arrows that I know of, unless i didn't read it properly. So maybe one of the modders put it in there unintentionally. I can still move around with the WASD keys. I just need to know what file can I change to re-enable it. Since people can obviously change it to arrow keys, i just need to know how to change it back. Thanks
