LE 3rd person over-the-shoulder combat

basically, i hate how the camera zooms out when you have your weapon drawn in 3rd person. i like where the camera sits when your weapons on sheathed in third person, and i was wondering if someone could make such a mod where, when drawing your weapon in 3rd person, the camera wouldnt zoom out to where your character is in the center- but rather, remaining an over-the-shoulder angle
