Mods and their conflicts

My Data folder in my Oblivion directory must have a bad or improperly installed mod in it. My saved game would only show weird colored shapes with grey exclamation marks in them and body parts agains black. (This thread first started in a post called "DVI vs. VGA" in this forum cause I thought it was my new monitor at first)

 

Is there a systematic way I can begin to uninstall mods one-at-a-time until Ifind the bad one?

 

I am a mod user but I don't understand much about them. I tend to just get the popular ones that work fine first thing.

Also is there a systematic way recommended to start from scratch? as I now have a plain vanila Data folder.
