leirynot Posted November 20, 2011 Share Posted November 20, 2011 My brother recently got Skyrim, I need a new computer to play it, but there is one thing that I REALLY REALLY REALLY want now. Shouts, does anyone know if it would be possible to add dragon shouts in oblivion, with the cooldowns and stamina cost?
