PavelkCZ
http://skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=745#content It will ONLY add points as of now! You do not need to level up or change skill levels. This is my first trainer but there will be more features to come that no one else has yet. I made this thread to keep an update log! Tytanis Press ~ (tilde) and write player.addperk <perk ID> and press ENTER of course. Thats all.

orannis88
You can simply add wanted perks with console, no need for points... yeah but it takes ages to find the perks you want and if you try a tiered perk (ie ones that use more than one point) then you have to do it in a very specific order or you can seriously f*** your game up! Not really. help "perk name" 0 It'll list all of them with that name, and it doesn't need to be in the right order, as long as you add all of them of that particular perk in one go. I've done it at least 30+ times. :/
orannis88
i guess but it still takes ages typing it all in... i'd reccomend the trainer it's quite good! but the perk command thing is good if you want a perk that isn't available through the leveling menu. Oh, yes. It does take awhile to add an entire tree that way. But there's bat file packs for that, like this one here: http://skyrim.mmo-game.eu/skyrim-console-convenience-pack/
