orija7
Been trying some mods lately and the thing is that some of them like the FXAA one, Sharpen Effect and the Performance enhancing mod have their own d3d9.dll and shader.fx files. So, if I use, say, the dxd9.dll file that comes with the Performance enhancing mod, the FXAA injector won't work. How can this be rectified? MShoap13
You can use ENBSeries with any other d3d9.dll file. Especially FXXA injector because i'm doing it right now :) Open Skyrim folder, make new folder called FXAA, drag FXAA injector dll here and leave rest of its files intact. Drag enbseries into the skyrim folder. Open enbseries.ini, set EnableProxyLibrary=true and ProxyLibrary=directory of fxaa's d3d9.dll. Example: Place Post Process Injector's d3d9.dll in the \injFX_shaders\ folder. Then alter the following code in ENBSeries.ini: [PROXY] EnableProxyLibrary=true InitProxyFunctions=true ProxyLibrary=injFx_Shaders\d3d9.dll Do not move any of the other files/folders associated with Post Process Injector, those need to stay in the \Skyrim\ folder. Edit: I'm assuming you could also change the name of Post Process Injector's .dll and leave it in the \Skyrim\ folder, though I haven't tested it. Quoting myself from the comments section of ENBSeries 0091... It's probably possible to just make another line that says "ProxyLibrary=FPSlimiter\d3d9.dll". I haven't tested it as of yet, though I may look into it as while my high and average FPS are fine, my low could use a bump. Especially around water... my poor 2.8 GHZ dual core doesn't perform well around the water for some reason. I'm pretty sure it's a bug of some kind but I highly doubt it will ever be patched as I'm on a 5+ year old CPU. I believe this would allow you to run all 3 .dll's simultaneously, though I haven't tested it as of yet. Also, try out ENBSeries without the "Oblivion-like" performance increasing one and see what it does for you. orija7
Hey, thanks for the detailed reply, man, appreciate it. Also, I think it was a bit dumb of me to make this thread, both FXAA and Performance Increase mod clearly state in their descriptions that they are incompatible with other mods that mess around with the d3d9.dll files. But, like you said, at least the FXAA injector is compatible with Boris' ENB mod.
