skimywhistler
Whats the actual name of the quest? I presume liberate haafingar is one of the objectives because I can't find any quest titled that. also what's the name of the questgivers? If you want to try fixing this yourself, try sqt. It will display a list of all your currently active quests and their ID's. Try to eliminate all quests that can't be the haalfingar quest and with the rest of them try 'movetoqt ID_HERE'. Save before you do the movetoqt because this might break any other questlines. Try all the quests until the movetoqt brings you to the haalfingar quests objective person and then you have the correct quest ID. Then use completeallobjectives and try to talk to the quest objective person again and do not skip any conversation lines. If no avail, use getstage to get the current stage of the quest and then try to guess the next stage numbers of the quest with setstage. Eg. if the current stage is 10, try 20, 30, 50, 80, 100, 200, 255 until you get one that's actually valid. Stop with the setstages and try to talk with the npc again. If no avail again, continue going higher with the quest stages. This should eventually bring you to completing the quest. Anyway, if you can give me more info's about the quest and objectives, I could probably find a quickfix. Yes, liberate Haafingar is not a quest but is an objective which will be completed once you have done both the Battle for Fort Hraggstad and the Battle of Solitude quests. Zgron
This is not a bug! It is all a missunderstanding. He doesn't mean Ulfric in windhelm, but Ulfric in Solitude. Go to solitude. You meat Ulfric there and you take windhelm. Then when done the quest will be gone at the camp. Edited November 8, 2016 by Zgron
devzxtreme
I have found the solution to the never ending war in Solitude. type 'tcl' in the console and go through the gate where you cant go through as long as the battle is ongoing. Then go inside Tullius' quarters and voila, normal game again.
ruthan666
There 3 things mixed together.. 1st is problem that someone cant enter to Tulius room, my problem.. 2nd someone have problem to Report in, even start Haafingar killing quest.. If you finishing Tulish quest, Liberation of Skyrim is finished too, but with not completed Liberate Haafingar objective it has not completed dot, in list of completed quest.. 3rd my problem, you kill all in Haafingar.. Quest giver just tell you about new Solitude quest, give you money but Haafingar, its is not properly finished.. i would say that some wrong quest progress id is used it something like that. So if someone understand these scripts he can check it.. i looked on this quest info in some guides, but its not so descriptive as other quests there are not quest stages listed.. Quest name is CWObj .. quest stage 1, does not seems right even before killing is finished.. If you set it to 255, it automatically finish Solitude quest too, but not completed dot for Haafingar is in completed quest lists too.. It seems to be bug in CWObj script.. there are lots of ifs probably.. depends on you Greybeards meeting decisions.. and others and one jump.. at the end of the script before Solutude script is started in wrong.. Haafingar is name of the Stoarmcloack camp were quest is starting.. but you have to Liberate Hraagstag fort.. even quest progress message write Hraggstag so maybe some typo in quest target.. they used 2 similar names and they probably failed because of that.. Do you remember Aliens colonial marines one typo AI bug? Edited February 26 by ruthan666
