I'm requesting the ability to buy a caravan like you do a home from a certain NPC at a certain location that also may or may not have upgrades.

 

Example, the caravan starts with just a wooden chest.

You can then buy a bedroll for it.

Then maybe a cover, to protect from the rain and snow obviously.

Then a cooking pot being heated in some magical safe way so to not burn the caravan apart?

A tanning skin on one side.

And an enchanting board on the other?

 

The craftsman of these fine homes would be at a mill somewhere in the world and may require you to chop enough wood to make the caravan and certain upgrades.
