Flickering Water Graphic Bug

Okay so honestly I cannot keep playing Skyrim when it bugs up this bad. Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas. All never had problems as annoying and hard to fix as this.

 

Every time I step out of a dungeon or just look at the water far away or close, it flickers like a god damn strobe light. I mean its so bad that even the map strobes sometimes.

 

The only "fix" that I've been able to do is quick save it like 2-3 times and it generally stops. But only while I'm looking at the water. The second I run a little bit away and look back its bugged out again flashing like a rave.

 

Turning off tree and object reflections does stop the strobe but then a circle that seems to resonate from make character is visible in the water

 

Not only does the water look terrible and not even like its supposed to for ultra graphics (No able to see through, murky blue paint like water) But I mean just look at it.

I attached my Skyrim Ini files as I did make changes however this strobe effect was with me since launch, well before I changed a few aspects. Reinstalled the game 3 times as well.

 

And here are my pc specs.

 

I run Skyrim on Ultra

 

- Short Version

PC - Windows 7

Ram - 12gigs

Processor - Intel Core i7 980 3.33GHz (12 CPUs)

Video Card - Dual nVidia GeForce GTX 590s

Since the 1.3 patch i have suddenly been experiencing this same bug.

If i get anywhere near water for some reason a large blue/greenish texture blot flickers on and off on my screen,

everytime this occurs i can hear a splashing sound being repeated a few times in a row(the sound you make when jumping into water).

 

I have tried;

Switching off vsync

Switch off water reflections

Setting my sound to different frequencies

 

 

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'd sure like to see some info on this. I'm using 3 580's and having the same flickering issue. I've modded about everything in the game that you can see and stay up to date on beta drivers.. but I'm at a loss.

 

I've heard it's the SLi.. Maybe they just need to update the profile.
