Qar Tool won't run with cmd.

Unpacking .dats manually just give me a bunch of files, no subfolders.

I want to run infinity suppressors, play as eli and dlc unlocker at once.

Getting very frustrated at the fact no how-to is possible to follow due to first two steps.

Nothing works obviously.

 

I'd really like some help.
