req: npc weapons based on location?

Ok, this would probably be really tedious to do unless there some sort of macro in Fo4edit or the like:

 

I'd like to see npcs weapons selection, how to put, reflect their location. best described by location: 1)if the raider is in a small room they should have small melee weapons (knives, ect) or compact guns (pistols, submachineguns, ect); 2) gunners in a large but cosed space would have auto lasers or two handed weapons or the like; 3) Super mutants on rooftops would have sniper rifles or fatmen or rocket launchers.

 

As it is in vanilla you can run into small room and find a npc trying to use grenades or a flamer which doesn't make much sense.
