ninja_lord666
Firstly, a Cliff Racer's model is very different than the Akatosh dragon, and, therefore, would need it's own set of animations. Animations are very hard to do, which is why you don't see many mods with them. In fact, if I remember correctly, there was only one person who could do animations, but he's gone now, left the community. Now it is possible to use the meshes and animations from Morrowind, but that's illegal, so it won't be done. Out of curiosity, which modder are you talking about? I THINK I heard about him before, but can't remember.
ninja_lord666
I don't remember his name, that that he could do animations well, and that he stopped.
Vagrant0
I don't remember his name, that that he could do animations well, and that he stopped. There is more than one person capable of making new creatures/animations, but there are only a few. Most of them however are tied to some of the major mods out there, or don't make their capabilities publicly known due to all the requests they would be getting for everything imaginable. Basically, unless Silgrad decides to throw in some cliffracers, it isn't gonna happen because anyone who might be able to do the work wouldn't have enough reason to do so. Sypron
Someone could make it like the butterflies. Not a creature, but just an effect.
mat1
I know this is a little off topic... but.... Now it is possible to use the meshes and animations from Morrowind, but that's illegal, so it won't be done. This seems a tad odd to me. As far as I know the 'intellectual property' (I know this isn't the right term, but my profession sadly does not involve law) for both these games is owned by Bethesda, which they agreed to allow the general public to use with the CS release. So it would seem reasonable to import textures/meshes/etc from one game to another.... Please correct me if I'm missing some thing that seems glaringly obvious to you. :wallbash:

MasterChief0
yeah, even though practically 98% of the ES community hated them in Morrowind, they were one of the most rememberable creatures in the game so I was hoping somebody might make a cliff racer model and give it the flying animations used for the Akatosh mount it doesn't exactly have to fly high in the air like it did in Morrowind, nor does it need to have a high quality model, as long as I know its a cliff racer I'll be satisfiedThe Only Thing I Can Think Of Is Downloading Morrowind InTo Oblivion! :whistling:
