"Becoming A God" mod

I'm still a little new to the modding community but i have an idea that i do not have the skills to acomplish. The idea is a quest line that will in the end grant you the title of a god. first of all, my idea of being a god in oblivion is like having unlimited health and such ( this option would be toggleable) and a few other cool tricks like calling down the fury of the nine or some wicked beasts, maybe a more advanced telekinesis and the ability to slow time. and on top of that the ability to visit the realm of other gods. i'm basing that idea over Shivering isles the realm of Sheagorath, so the maker of this mod would creat a realm for Akatosh filled with a bunch of akatosh like stuff and an NPC that's supposed to be Akatosh. and the same for all the other gods of TES. The quest line itself would be along the lines of the gods have chosen you to defete the arising doom of Sithis. the first parts would be like earning the gods trust and preparing. next it would be fighting your way to the heart of the Dark Brotherhood to kill Sithis who for this mod has taken an all powerful form of a human that is again all powerfull and hard to kill. after the deed is done you become a god. I myself do not have the skill to make such a bohemoth of a mod. so i was hoping some people out there would be up to the task. i'm very willing to help create what i can. if someone does decide to construct this please let me know i would very much like to help and play it afterwords. i aplogize for any incorrect spelling or grammer. and also if this doesnt make sense. this is all me trying to take this from my head to a pen and paper if you know what i mean.
