equipping changies weather

how odd whenever i equip an item in my inventory such as armors now the weather changes from sunny to snowing, it hasn't happened before but iv installed many mods since then, is it possible that Arthur's natural weather needs to be loaded at a particular order in obmm? any ideas how to fix this, like a fresh save file, untick Arthur's weather save the game, reload Arthur's weather in a specific order? or go in basement and wait 14 days then check ? Just when i thought my setup was working alright /sigh

 

 

edit- well it keeps snowing a lot all it does is snow for months but so far the weather change might be fixed not sure yet. annoying bug this. I don't think anyone has had this in that case nobody can really help me ^^;
