editing 00.dat causing start up crash?

everytime ireplace something in 00.dat either i do it myself or with snakebite

i always get "Metal Gear Solid V Has Stoped Working" while its going through the company logos

I also need help with this. My problem is very similar:

1. Downloaded a mod

2. Created 0 folder in the Master folder

3. Downloaded then extracted 00.dat of the mod into 0 folder

4. Started the game

5. Game stuck even before logos, at the 3 dot loading
