mjattie
Just making a thread where I put my mod plans here so I don't forget them, as well as some feedback. Now, I really do like the Collage of Winter-hold, but it feels so small, so I might add onto it. One of my favorites is player houses, and quests. Now onto the list. Arch-Mages Manor: On the roof, above the Arch-Mages room in the collage, there will be a teleporter. The teleporter will lead to a small island, I am thinking in the Sea Of Ghosts(the North ocean) Now, having a house on a island near essentially the North Pole, would probably be ahh "less-than" desirable, but hey, there has to be a spell for that, right? Now, onto the actual manor itself. It will just be a frozen wasteland of an island with nothing but the teleport on it, but there will be your loyal assistant, NAMEHERE who is next to the teleport. If you speak to him, he will ask if you want to perform upgrades to the island. Upgrades include making the island green and living, with grass, trees, etc. a garden with re spawning crops that you can use for cooking or potions, a smithy with a forge, workbench, grindstone, tanning rack, and also some chests to store ore in, shrines to the Nine, (perhaps to the Daedra you are a champion of too...) a study with a alchemists table, enchanting table, a weaponrack and storage chests. Now, the actual manor would be the most expensive to build, and it would come empty. But, it is damn huge, and you can buy room furniture for it, and change it's style much like the Fallout 3 house themes. Themes could include Nordic, Roman, Daedric, Ebony, or Stone. Onto the actual rooms, it has a entrance hall with a lot of weapon plaques and shield mounts. It has a throne, among other things, and some minor decorations. There are two doors to the side that have hallways. These hallways lead to a display room, with lots of cases, weapon racks, mannequins and shield stands for showing off all your stuff. The room branches off into a dining room and living room, with a kitchen on the side. A staircase up to the second floor. The second floor has a personal armory, six rooms that you can tell your companions to go back to, another living room. On the third floor, there is the master bedroom, with 360 view of the island, and generally a nice place. There is one last staircase that goes up to the rooftop patio. Riverwood Abode: Well, my friend really wants to have a house in Riverwood, so I just have to do this. I will add a small house on the other side of the river that is being sold by someone that REALLY wants to move out of Riverwood. So much so, that he is selling it for 500 gold, fully furnished! It will probably only have a bed, a few chests and a stove, but hey, atleast it's a house...
Klaleara
Should add some sidequests to the Manor, maybe to find some worthy NPCs to keep the house together. Or find some objects around the world that will help power certain spells. Say something like a Sigil Stone, that will sit somewhere cool in the house. mjattie
Well, I like the idea of doing some custom quests. I'll start writing up some plots for them.
