I personally can't help with finding the mod, though may I suggest you look in another topic, called Oblivion Mod Detectives, as long as you knwo it exists, we can help you find it. You could also try searching from the TESNexus homepage if you know aprt of the name or description, or even just the type of mod through the tag searches.
