[Xbox One] Radio Station Mod doesn't work properly

So I created a fallout 4 radio station mod that some reason, it will show up in my pipboy, but when I activate it
it won't work. Like no sound comes out of it at all. Other players are having the same problem as well. How do I fix this? I see tons of radio station on fallout 4 that people have made that works but some reason, the 30 other youtube videos fail to tell me why it wont work.
