I'm having trouble with snap mods and Red Exclamation marks in game and work bench

Sense patch 1.6 I had to remove a bunch of mods to do with adding more and better snapping ability in build mod, I re-installed my game twice clean and navigated to G:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 data folder and deleted it manually each uninstall!..

 

I don't use nexusmods NMM and have manually installed all mods going back to Fallout 3

 

I removed the following mods so far to do with snapping and adding nif files

 

 

Expanded Settlement Buildings by FloorBelow

Half width shack walls by CitizenRandom<-- red exclamation mark in work station

Snapable Garden Plots by DOOM <-- red exclamation mark in work station

Snappable Junk Fences by DarthWayne

Stackable Concrete Foundations by DDProductions83<-- red exclamation mark in work station

I had added the ini tweak bEnableFileSelection=1 to my custom ini and sense removed it and moved the bEnableFileSelection=1 back to the Fallout4Prefs.ini file and it didn't help

I always verify integrity of game cache for the game with steam after each new install and after mods are installed too

Is anyone else experiencing this sense patch 1.6 with snap mods or the ones I listed above?
