Summoning more than 1 minion at a time?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this; but is it possible/is there a mod that allows you to have more than 1 minion active at once? I'm not sure if you can do this as you gain levels, but right now as level3 it annoys me that I can only have 1 skeleton summoned.

 

If there isn't a mod like this, is it hard-coded that you can only have 1 minion active? If it isn't, how difficult would it be to crate an .esp that allows this to happen; or the file itself that contains the amount of active minions.

You could download AdrenalineOblivion. It adds about a TON of respawns, so instead of fighting one Scamp, you get to fight about a dozen each time. To make sure the player survives, he made a sort of "support" .esp, which gave the player some advantages, like lower fatigue drain, and to be able to summon 3 minions at once.

You could download it, and then use the support .esp only.
