jbernoski
I like the model for the Jagged Crown but as it is right now even if you give it to yourself via console command it can't be improved or enchanted. This is all really unfortunate because it looks great. I was wondering if someone could quickly whip up a mod that puts it in under a new Item ID and lets it be enchanted, improved, and possibly stops it from breaking the dragon armor set bonus (from the heavy armor tree). I probably will do it myself eventually but I wasn't planning on modding the game at all, so I was hoping my sole and specific request might be picked up by someone. Better yet could it even be worked into the Dragon blacksmithing list? :D If no one is willing any advice would be appreciated as well.

jbernoski
wait, what? i can equip it normally..are you sure it's unequippable?Well it's equippable but you might as well wear a circlet since you can't enchant or improve it so it effects the usability quite a bit. I'll edit my title to reflect that. EDIT: Well I can't edit the title. Anyway my problem is that it functions as a vanity item, rather than a real piece of armor. I meant useable as in "you'd want to use this". As it is it's just a slightly high defense circlet and gives you none of the benefits of being a 100 skill smith who can make his own dragonbone armor. jbernoski
Well apparently the helmet can be enchanted but it still breaks the set bonus, as does the Ebony Mail. Also it can't be improved, which is kind of unfortunate since if you have dragonbone you're already improving it.
