LE Can someone please make this armor

Can someone please make this amazing armor please? before considering please let me say how I would like this mod to be made.

 

I usually play as a female character with UNP body but if possible please make a male version for male users like for the male add some pants in there and for the female keep it the way it is and also if possible please make it for other body types like CBBE, Bodyslide, etc for people who don't use UNP and also have XPMS compatibility and definitely have it NMM compatible cause I prefer using that more than manual I'll get into details of why later along with why I don't try making this myself. Continuing on I would like the cloak to be able to equip as well as un-equip. If someone out there is willing to make this for me I'd

appreciate it.

 

Now for my reasons - The reason why I prefer NMM over manual is cause it's faster and easier to install I know a lot of you people claim that manual is easy too but not for me I actually find it very confusing even if I look up a tutorial of how it's still going to be confusing as heck to me same goes for my reason why I don't make this myself it's so complicated and confusing to me even if I look up a tutorial or a guide it's not making it any better for me besides I am not a computer genius like most of you are I just only know how to play games and search for sites like this and youtube those kind of stuff that's it.
