After I joined with the empire and help them take over windhelm, set new Jarl and everything the npc will NOT sell me horse. sirxazor Posted November 21, 2011 Author Share Posted November 21, 2011 I found a way to get the horse out of there without buying them (or stealing them) I used the console and did this: click on horsetype setownershiptype setrelationshiprank player 4 I was able to take the horse anywhere with me, but it does not show my name.
