Missing Background on Load Screens

Greetings,

My game has no issues to speak of, save this one odd glitch. My load screens that come between area loads (going into a building, or fast travel for instance) - have no background image! I get the 3-D models, and the words of wisdom on the screen. Everything is working just fine, and I didn't even realize I had a problem. That was until I hoped on YouTube to get help with a particular quest I was lost on and needed hints. The video looked like my game - up until the load screen. Then I was like 'what was that?'

See my load screen having a black - untextured background - I never knew it was suppose to have the stone relief behind the 3-D models. I can't find that texture in my data folders, and I can't find a replacement texture for download.

I just want to fix this glitch, I have tried reinstalling and re-applying my save to a completely vanilla Skyrim (thinking perhaps my mods were affecting it) and the same problem occurs every time.

Could you link the video? Because I have no idea of what you're talking about, me and my friends have the same black untetured loading screen with sometimes 3D models and a fog in the lower part of the screen. I searched many videos in the internet about loading screens and got the same as my loading screens. Perhaps the videos you saw was using some kind of mod?
