Polish Resistance (ww2) Mod WIP looking for help

Like in the thread name, I have an idea about Polish Resistence mod for Xcom 2 but i will need help to fix it. I will not write what kind of skills i require rather what needs to be done in priorities.

Minimal Priorities:
Without this as the minimal modding aim the mod is pointless to even begin with.

Weapons:
Replace weapons with setting weapons (Models, Sounds, Textures, Historical info).
Remove futuristic weapons (Or replace if making sense).
Adjusting abilities and balancing.

Armors:
Replace armors with setting armors (Models, Sounds, Textures).
Remove futuristic armors (Or replace if making sense).
Adjusting abilities and balancing.

Enemy:
Replace Advent Trooper with setting German wehrmacht (Armor Model, Textures).
Replace Advent Officer with setting German Officer (Armor Model, Textures).

Tactical Enviroment:
Choose few Plots and few Parcels that require only re-texturing (Textures).
Remove all futuristic looking objects in the choosen Plot & Parcel.
Replace civilian clothing (Textures).

Strategical Enviroment:
Map of Poland as World map, major city areas as zones.
Replace avenger on world map with a simple dot.

Avenger:
Remove all futuristic looking objects on avenger (Models, Textures).
Make backround black (remove) around avenger, Let us assume we are underground.


Optimistic Priorities:
Here the mod will become something more then just one more mod on the steamstory.
