For instance "help bear 4"

 

What you're looking for are creature definitions, you'll probably need to scroll the list a bit with PgUp/PgDwn to find what you want. Keep in mind that some things may accidentally break quests or cause other issues so you should probably not plan on saving after spawning random things.

When I do that all the comes up is a message in the console that says Filters: 0-all, 1-Functions, 2-Settings, 3-Globals, 4-Other Forms and when I use Page Up and Page down it doesnt scroll or anything.

the basic usage is

 

Help <text to look for> <type>

 

If you don't specify a type, it won't show anything. Since we aren't looking for functions or globals, but rather creature definitions, you'll want to use type 4.

I use this search a lot, but I put the text to look for in quotations. Like

 

Help "rabbit" 4

 

I used this earlier today to get the code to use placeatme to generate a rabbit to see what would happen when they're furied.
