LE Better horizon transition

There's one thing that still bothers me in Skyrim: The transition of the horizon! You look at the clouds, a sunset and BAM! there's the ground. Yes, I'm talking about that ugly line between the sky and the earth.

Also, the level of that line (the horizon) seems to be rising with you. For example, you stand at the throat of the world: The clouds don't seem to be reaching the ground anymore, stopping at the same height as you. The only time the level of the horizon line is ok, is when you stand at a low height. Like 0 meters.

 

What we need: Some distance fog between the clouds and the ground, matching the weather. And the line of the horizont shouldn't be adjusted to the players position. But I'm not a modder, so just guessing :)

 

Here's a picture: You can see the clouds stopping at you height, leaving a great gap between the clouds and the ground in the far distance.
