Frequent CTD, Have Papyrus log, help interpret?

Hey guys, I have a frequent CTD as the title suggests. I haven't done skyrim modding in a while, and of course I messed something up. I enabled papyrus logging but I am having a little trouble interpreting it.

 

I will spoiler my papyrus log, then spoiler my load order, which I am sure is messed up, but I keep looking at the thing and am missing something. Any input is appreciated peeps.

Hello,

• Papyrus log is not a tool to debug CTDs. It's a script log and doesn't cover everything, full of errors but it doesn't mean they are related to your problems.
• Take in consideration your problem can be so many things that without accurate informations provided, it's impossible to guess.

Bases to troubleshoot are :

• Your specs : Operating system, GPU + VRAM, RAM.
• Load order.
• What you were doing when the game CTD. Do you have different CTDs ? How ? When ?
• Can you reproduce them ?

The goal is to use a CTD troubleshooting guide in order to target your problems.

Here is a list of things that may help stabilizing your game.

/// Useful informations : important

• Skyrim requirements.
• Check the Dangerous mods list to avoid troubles.
• Make sure skyrim is in perfect condition to work without mods, ENB, etc.... (Try with and without DLCs). ENB remover.
• If skyrim doesn't start without mods and DLCs, Verify gamecache, and if necessary make skyrim vanilla again and start a new game.
• if you have uninstalled mods at mid-game, using save script cleaner can help removing orphan scripts.
• If skyrim works correctly without mods, increase the loading mods untill you have the problem again.

/// Settings / memory : important

• Have you installed the skse patch ? >> memory blocks log.
• Backup your ini files and delete the files. Skyrim.ini / SkyrimCustom.ini / SkyrimPrefs.ini found in C:\Users\Utilisateur\Documents\My Games\Skyrim then use your vanilla launcher to autodetect and use best settings for your computer.
• You may also nstall ENBOOST. (See ENB haxx, read and follow the STEP guide) I saw a topic recently where installing ENBOOSt was apparently the solution. See steelfeathers's post.

/// Load order / mods conflicts : important

• Use L.O.O.T once and click on the "sort plugins buttons".
• Create a wryebash patch including leveled lists.
• Create a merged patch with Tesedit excluding leveled lists

/// Cleaning and correcting potential bugs : important

• Make sure you're using the latest USLEEP > v 3.0.4 now.
• Clean your master files to eliminate potential problems.: Gopher's videos cleaning your masterfiles on the Nexus Tesedit page.
  Start Tes5edit, simply untick everything, (right-click/select none) and add only a tick to the esm/esp you want to check + update.esm, Tesedit knows what to do and will load all the dependencies automatically.
  - Begin with loading only Skyrim + update, ITM / UDR + save ctrl +s and close.
  - Then load Skyrim + update + Dawnguard, ITM / UDR + ctrl +s and close.
  - Then load Skyrim + update + Hearthfire, ITM / UDR + ctrl +s and close.
  - Then load Skyrim + update + Dragonborn, ITM / UDR + ctrl +s and close.
• The method above can be used to clean mods. If I'm correct LOOT should tells you which plugin you should clean.
