agerweb
Didn't have any joy on Skyrim Mod Talk so will try here before going back to my ownsome again. The World of Shumer is pretty close to being finished and I am in quest implementing mode; but there are so many of them it is going very slowly. I am looking for reasonably competent quest writers to help out, particularly for the Skyrim piratical quests. Shumer and the Fall of Allagard in its current form is a playable mod with 3 new worldspaces as well as skyrim content, over 1000npcs and 500 interior cells and I believe it to be the largest mod currently available for Skyrim (apart from Enderal of course). Most of the quests are sketched out in varying amounts of detail; they range in complexity from the standard Miscellaneous Quest (go here, deliver that etc) to more involved interconnected quest-lines. There are to be 70 Miscellaneous quests (30 done so far) and 50 Guild/Faction/Side quests (8 done so far). If anyone interested in then PM me. Details of whats in the mod so far are here
HurricainReaperProductions
hello been following your mod for a while now and was wondering what exactly your mod is about is it based off of something or is it your own ideas? agerweb
No it is a product of my imagination when I was at university, I studied mostly ancient history and liked inventing new worlds based on the ones I was studying; trying to be another Tolkein I suppose. Then D & D came along (in the UK around 1975 I think) so I could inflict my bizarre inventions on other people! Shumer is actually a product of several imagined worlds - the underground peoples and their story who have now left was a separate imagining for a Dungeon campaign - I have just added them into Shumer and not surprisingly am using Dwemer architecture to represent them. The mod is intended to tell the central story of Shumer which is that of a 2000 year battle between good and evil (or perhaps order and disorder would be a better description) and interconnecting stories associated with this conflict. The story is revealed in the books and journals you will find, the people you will talk to and the quests you will do. It is actually a bit of a challenge within the Skyrim format but worth a try.
