When I got the Boots of Blinding speed They would never blind me even on the right corner on the list of spells activated it would say blind 100% or are they suppose to keep your visionn normal?

No it won't. The Boots have a Constant Effect Blind 100% enchantment. Sleeping or waiting has no effect on the spell.

<_< Yeah, yeah... <_<

Without mods and without spells or enchanted items, ONLY Bretons can see 50% (FIFTY PER CENT) with Blinding Speed Boots on.

Do you want me to call you liar? Or spammer?

Dijas, we are a big happy family here. We never call people liars. That can lead to accusations of flaming and none of us wants that. So we find a polite way of implying the same thing. My own preference is to say 'I remain unconvinced'. Maybe these good souls are playing with a mod that corrects the blindness and they don't even know! I do agree though that it is odd. So I also remain unconvinced.

My experience with the BOBS is that your level of blindness stays the same regardless of how long you wait or rest. I have been playing Morrowind since it came out and I have read many many posts on many forums and I have never seen the "Wait one hour" trick posted anywhere before now. If it were really that simple I feel sure that someone else would have noticed it before now. The usual advice is to increase your magic resistance to at least 50%. Bretons have 50% naturally, orcs have 25%.

Of course, if it was night when you put the boots on and you then waited until daytime, you probably could see better. But other than that, I have to say I remain unconvinced.
