ok, I used those files, rebound my keys, quit and restarted the game, and I still crashed

[ loading the save here: http://www.nexusmods...ut3/mods/6147/? will not produce a crash on entering the atrium ]

The opening post: making sure I read this correctly?

Language / version of the game?

you used every trick known but that first statement...make me look hard at the over all process.

keyboard model ,FOSE version? because that is a mod and you posted "no mods"

I ran your saved game here and am still running it, no issues, points to something on your system that is not the same.

I have access to pretty much every version ever made and ran your saved game looking for something, any thing that might show me the issue.

The OP notes: all those operating systems and the same thing is repeatable there, so it does point to a hardware issue.

"keybinding" but that first post say's no ? NO ? <---.

you see my side here? scratching my head. hmm type of plugin, cord used by that hardware a model number?

I am going to caution you about that saved game file and the site location. That account appears to have been compromised. I took a screen shot on my iPhone due to it being the only device to access the page.

The shot I have shows the log entry, this 17.22.27 Apr 2015 as being updated or changed from hidden.

caught.jpg

That file is version 1.0.0.02 vanilla not 1.7, so it's code will not have the current stats stored in it. IF it is indeed legit.

Yeah I obtained a copy of it and will inspect it's contents. But am very wary of why after so many years went by to just change attributes?

The page looks like a spot that loads adware, none of my PC stuff will allow the page to load.

be careful about suspicious files.

Results found from the saved game file you claim works and from it, I found all of this:

[X] Fallout3.esm
[X] The Settler.esm
[X] VATS_Normal_dmg_to_player.esp
[X] KillableKidsNoExtras.esp
[X] FatmanExp.esp
[X] FatMeister16_50a.esp
[X] Headshot_Balance.esp
[X] actionpoints_instant_regen.esp
[X] OutcastRewards.esp
[X] playbackdelay_001.esp
[X] LevelersTruckTrailer.esp
[X] Fast_but_dramatic_VATS_0.9.esp
[X] Mart's Mutant Mod - Increased Spawns.esp <----- No master file seen in the code.
[X] Mart's Mutant Mod - Zones Respawn.esp <----- No master file seen in the code.
[X] Disguise.esp
[X] EnclaveCommander.esp
[X] All Perks Unlocked.esp
[X] CaravanUpgrades.esp
[X] Caravan Tracking.esp
[X] LakDarkOrb.esp

Other than it not being anyway near possible to even run this, it's missing massive masters too. The data might run if those in the listed output were changed.

Do not see MMM anywhere. requires Mart's mutant mod master files.

I can't help you. not with this mess.

ok i mentioned that save because on my xp computer I used it to play the game (it's rather unstable) when i backtracked to the atrium it didn't crash,

i didn't try that on this computer

so just ignore it it clearly is not helpful here.

my keyboard is a logitech g510s

mouse is a logitech g600 mmo gaming mouse

all the extra buttons can only be used if you set up macros for them so there's no 'new' keys that would require the game to support them

no FOSE no mods on this install nothing like that

lets try this make a save in the atrium, however you want, give me it I will load it and see if it crashes

Is it possible that a keybind can make the game crash, it got to be something else right?

Is there anyway to like get a log file or some telemetry from the game to know what's happening under the hood when it crashes?

lol, agreed !

Now ! things make sense. yes, that keyboards software will cause issues in this game for sure. Please reassign keyboard drivers to use the OS instead of Logitech drivers. The mouse drivers also need to use default OS drivers.

-----------------------------

That's what is wrong. "logitech g510s" I owned that set, threw it in the trash after about a month of strange things taking place in excel.

Go to Wall mart and buy a cheap wireless keyboard for about $14.00 bucks, they come with mice. Shop around. you can not fix this issue with that hardware. Shame too, it's a nice looking board.

An update on googles search results i did for you.

This is a known problem and this page offers other solutions for the hard ware: (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2666770/disable-logitech-keys.html)

at the bottom ther are links to the mouse issues too, seems every thing is intertwined with the hardware drivers.

If your lucky, you might be able to solve the issues with it there. But as for fallout 3? and it?

Just encase you need updates and are going to attempt to keep the hardware? (http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g510s-lcd-gaming-keyboard)

Good luck.

I know exactly what happened to this guy, He hit the Macro Recorder Button by accident and set his "g2" key to type that stuff, how he managed it I have no clue.

I have a normal keyboard and mouse lying around I can try the game with those.

Assuming it doesn't work (as that's becoming theme around here) what's next, try the game on my laptop?

the key board has a small window on it and I could some times remember things it shown there. Too much stuff for a key board to have.

It's made for hard core kid's gaming. Fingers move all over the place like I see at conventions. cool, but things just too confusing.

currently have in the cabinet out side, 25 different sets of used keyboards, I give those to the kids in the neighbor hood, but, the G10? I tried to clean it, had no idea they used pencil lead on the underneath strikers. so it went to the city dump...with my blessing.

using mech Razor board...wall mart specialty lit green. not cheap.
