Opposite of rebuild = Destroy

Many mods out there rebuilding some houses in the commonwealth when actually what fallout 4 needs is the opposite, there are TONS of unimportant buildings that are pristine as hell and need some destruction.

 

look at these buildings in good shape:

I see why you would think that the 2nd option is better, but do remember that most of Boston was not hit directly, so only radiation and mild damage were done to the buildings.

 

BUT, even if I say that, its a nice idea, maybe do some half destroyed buildings and make quests to rebuild them to gain a player house or something like that. :)
