davidlallen
Legal copies of FNV must be installed into directory steam/steamapps/common. Please check your pathnames.
luthienanarion
Legal copies of FNV must be installed into directory steam/steamapps/common. Please check your pathnames. C:/games/falloutNV is the default location where FOMM (and NXMM) keep their data. Package Manager shows no packages because you deleted everything it knows about your installation. You'll have to delete all your mods from the Data folder and recreate your packages to manage them in FOMM again.
