New game w/ Vault DLC some build categories labeled "File Lookup Failed"

I can still build the objects, though. I'm just worried this might be indicative of a deeper issue. But on two attempts at a new game, fresh out of the vault, the following are labeled "File Lookup Failed," along with all submenus and objects within them.

 

One top level menu next to the cage menu, which contains decorative cages, poles, tents, etc.

 

One submenu of Decorations, containing vault-tec statues and christmas trees.

 

But like I said, I can still build all the objects, which is just... weird.
