Melee Fighter, uses agility and speed to dodge, block and or parry attacks, mostly letting opponents get tired, then begin attack at a perceived good moment. If combat skills are doing her no good, she is proficient with "acting skills" to escape variety of situations

 

Attitude:

Silent, rarely talks, unless she really needs to talk (has very few friends, outlived most of them)

RARELY trust people, if she say she does, usually there's something in it. Very reserved, calm, and never sells herself off unless she's on a mission in her private contracts. If angered, she rarely shows it, she hides it, and wait for the right time to take revenge (without being known of her involvement)

Biography:

 

In a far away land, she was born during a great siege, where both of her parents were killed while trying to reach a safer part of their city. Though many orphans at the time were left in the streets, she caught the attention of a government official, who had raised her ever since. She was raised as any other child would be raised, until she reached 14.

 

When she was 12 years old, her foster father had her joined the military Academy there, and trained her with all sorts of weapons, despite being introduced to many weapons, she had a particular fondness of halberds. She caught the attention of her superiors in her first year of service, and became a squad leader by 15. By her 17th year, she was already in the nation's Elite unit, acting as commander and also known for her brilliance as the nation’s strategist.

 

One day, when she was 17, she was tasked with her squad to clear out a nest of vampire near the city. She entered the cave with her squad without many encounters, however, when she reached the throne room, she found that her squad has been ambushed. Her squad and she had been tortured then killed one by one. However, when the Vampire lord turned his attention to Alessia, he saw something in her, and dropped the dagger in which he intended to stab her with. The vampire lord then bit Alessia, infecting her with Vampirism, then knocked her unconscious.

 

After she awoke, she returned to her superior, not knowing what to say, his superior granted her a week to recover from the "trauma" which she seemingly has. On the 4th day after the incident, she had a nightmare, but it was more than a mere nightmare, it was the embrace. She woke up, and noticed incredible powers, however, as the sun emerges, she felt a very hot sensation, so she closed her windows immediately, and locked herself for the rest of the day.

 

For several days she remained inside, and she seemed starving, but no matter what food she ate, she could not fulfill her needs. She then began to wonder, "Have I become?" Just minutes then, a knock on her door surprised her.

 

It was a government official, with a few officers by his side, Alessia brought them in and greeted them. Though from the warm greeting the official spoke, Alessia could sense ill will, and that the official knew of her vampirism. Just a few moments after, the officers unsheathed their swords and stood just about face to face with her. Knowing their intentions prematurely, Alessia dropped an object on purpose, while leaning down, took her knife on her thigh, and commenced a wide slash and killed them off. Barely believing her new found powers, she turned to the government official who is now cornered without his men. She then drained the officer, fed on him, though on the bitter side of mercy, she let him live. She then escaped the city, and the government official, barely having enough blood left, made it to a nearby cleric.

 

She spent the rest of her eternity hunting in the darkness of the night, it was all the repetitive nights and days, until one day. At the age of 442, she experienced what would not be experienced by most (if not all) vampires. The sun seem not to injure her, and she walked out of her hideout, exploring the landscape as she usually does. However, after around 6 hours, the effect seemingly returns, and the sun would injure her, she ran into a nearby cave, and rested for the rest of the day.

 

From then on, she took a job as a bounty hunter, mercenary, assassin and took them as private contracts. She is known by the underground world of her nation to use ANY method necessary to complete her assignment, from the most ferocious of slaughtering, till the most devious seducing. She continued her existence as an underground operative for hundreds of years, eventually rumored that she was an immortal, and even some speculate she’s a vampire, though many would still approach her for contracts.

 

By her 700th year she struggled with the concept of moral and honor, which was triggered after she assassinated a warlord. The warlord asked her, what was her purpose to fight, what was her role in deciding the course of events the nation would take, and what will she give to acquire power. She hid in darkness, and had not been sighted till a few years later, where she would check the background of the assignment.

 

She would no longer assassinate a just lord, or hired as a mercenary for a power-hungry tyrant. She continued her existence for a few hundred years, until at her 1000th year, she decided it’s time to set out to see the rest of the world out of her lands. Armed with the experience and training she had been blessed with her curse (of vampirism) she set out to the world.
