Archive invalidation brokeydokes

My game has been running fine but i accidentaly deactivated the FOMM archive invalidation, i immediately re-enabled (because i remembered how bitchy it was to get working a while back). but the damage was done now my game is missing all kinds of textures and meshes and i cannot interact with anything or bring up the main menu (yet EVE effects still go off but all the textures for it are purple). I've been looking all day at archive invalidation issues and tried every possible fix i have come across and all combinations, i think, of SArchiveList order and fake .bsa file.

e.g. i load my save and i'm i goodspring with a EVE laser rifle and everything looks perfect but if i try to activate a box it opens and shuts without letting me see what's in it. If i put my weapon away for a while and bring out (the EVE laser) it'll EITHER be missing (!) or missing the textures. Shooting people does the EVE effects but all the little particles are purple squares. Also blood, blood is now a purple square too. Interestingly weapon retextures stay fine and vurts plantlife is all good. It is not the mods i am using, i have tested them extensively.

FOMM wants it to look like this:

[Archive]

SInvalidationFile=

iRetainFilenameOffsetTable=1

iRetainFilenameStringTable=1

iRetainDirectoryStringTable=1

bCheckRuntimeCollisions=0

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

bUseArchives=1

SArchiveList=Fallout - AI!.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa, Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa

which by all means works for everyone else right? the only thing it hates is not having "SArchiveList=Fallout - " so i'm not sure it matters where the Fallout - AI!.bsa goes but it doesnt seem to matter...

Help would be appreciated.
