This would be useful if you could find some uses for Whirlwind Sprint as it is pretty useless outsides of the quest which forces you to use it when it is first unlocked. Sometimes there are hidden things stashed away in those sorts of places, or crossing bodies of water quickly. Three things about WS: It can be used when you are encumbered to (slightly) speed up the trudge back to a merchant. It's useful to get through trap gauntlets like a hall of swinging axes.
